Christian Living

In addition to the work the children do in their RE lessons, each week we also spend time in our Christian Living lessons thinking about what our faiths means to us and how it affects our actions in our everyday lives.

This is taught through linking these ideas to picture books, looking at the work of charities and people who have demonstrated their beliefs through the way they live their lives. There are also plenty of opportunities for the children to put their beliefs into action!

Summer 2

The children have the opportunity to learn about 4 major world faiths: Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Sikhism. Each year group focuses on one particular aspect of each faith:
